The general philosophy of Tong Leong should be based on winning instead of fighting. A Tong Leong follower should only fight when necessary to achieve a winning strategic position. The knowledge gained will prepare you for the life's journey to come.

      Our martial arts philosophy is to share and improve upon your knowledge, whether it is passed on or self-taught. Therefore, you must strive to give respect to yourself and your peers. If you achieve the attitude of giving respect, you'll develop a closer bond with your family, peers, and oneself.

      Athletes are created by hard work, endurance, patience, and perseverance. We work hard under the assumption that life's rewards are earned through hard work, dedication, and honor.
